We collect Personal Information, such as your name, email address, and Google Drive account details, to facilitate the specific functionalities of the Hana Video application, including:

  • Creating and managing projects automatically upon video and image uploads.
  • Saving uploaded files directly to your Google Drive account to ensure secure storage.
  • Enabling collaboration by allowing you to invite collaborators into project-specific group chats.
  • Organizing files uploaded by different users within the project, enhancing project management and efficiency.
  • Providing features like duplicating projects, exporting file groups, and utilizing template questions within chat windows for improved user experience.

Non-Personal Information is collected to further enhance the Application’s functionality and user experience. Your data is accessed and used strictly in accordance with the functionalities you engage with in the Application.


Third-Party Data Sharing and User Consent
In order to provide enhanced functionalities within the Hana Video application, we share certain data with third-party services. Specifically, user-uploaded videos are stored in AWS S3 and analyzed using AWS Rekognition to extract video labels and information. Additionally, we utilize OpenAI AI services to generate a new file structure layout based on the consolidated video metadata.

Before sharing data with these third-party tools, we ensure to:

  • Clearly describe the nature of data being shared and the purpose of such sharing within our privacy policy and user interface.
  • Obtain explicit user consent through clear, in-app notifications and consent forms that outline the specifics of data sharing, including the third-party services involved and the intended use of data.
  • Provide users with the option to opt-out of data sharing with third-party services at any time, ensuring users have full control over their data and its privacy.
We are committed to upholding the privacy and security of our users' data, in alignment with Google's privacy standards and requirements for apps that interact with third-party tools.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This Application’s access, use, storage, and sharing of Google user data are strictly limited to the scope of functionality described in this privacy policy and with your explicit consent.
